Fugue in Motion is a study for orchestra. The string parts form the structural backbone of the full composition. The idea of a fugue is subtly embedded within a contemporary musical language. Rather than presenting a traditional fugue explicitly, the musical figures unfold as a continuous, flowing texture. The full orchestral version will be released at a later time.
